Thank you all for a very nice stay by 1 night. I ate at a small restaurant for breakfast and diner. Amiable staff and the location was great and ideal. Back Bay tube station was 10 min away. Everything met requirements, I would come here again.

The best, its location, secondly the personnel, very good quality in customer care matter.
Some services and goods could be improved as : to set more towels Per Room/Per Person, to use better mataresses in the beds.

The location is prime for walking to local attractions, with friendly staff ensuring clean accommodations throughout the day. The room was cramped with a quirky bed layout, made it challenging to maneuver. The doors were noisy, disrupting our peace during the night. A disappointing aspect was the stale bakery goods from the mini cafe. While the communal areas were cozy, the cramped triple room left much to be desired.
